yesterday was the last day of orientation. aww. i'll miss it alot. but i'm also kinda happy that it's over cuz i'm soooo tired. orientation has really drained every last bit of energy i have. so, now i'm suffering from the after effects of too much fun. haha.
wednesday was the quest. met at boon lay at 8am and then, off we went on our quest to find out the 'murderers' of the dance maestro. walked here, walked there and played games. damn tiring. and we actually went to jwss. we were right outside but didn't see him. i was hoping he was having pe or something. just not my luck i guess. shucks. i miss him lah. ok, back to the quest. after that, went to have lunch at jurong pt and then, we headed to newton. by then, i was super tired already. legs were aching and everything. and then, it got worse. it started to rain. like wth. so, in the end we were super drenched but it was quite fun. all i remember after getting home was sleep and sleep. haha.
the highlight of thursday was the inter-gang dance competition. yihfang represented our house for one of the dances. in the end, agorix got 2nd place for 'till the dawn' and 1st for 'you can't stop the beat'! quite unexpected but congrats to the dancers! agorix rocks man. we had og and gang bonding sessions too. to sum it up, we had fun. and got kinda wet too.
yesterday so rocks. we had war games in the morning. i'm too lazy to explain the whole game but basically, MOST of us got drenched. for me, i was luckier. i was only slightly wet but my shoes were drenched cuz all the people who wanted to bomb me had really bad aiming. haha. later in the day, we had our last mass dance session. aww. learnt the third and last dance which is nj's traditional dance. fun! but i still like 'you can't stop the beat' the best! (: gang bonding session was hilarious but shall not bore you with the details. at night was DANCE PARTY! it was raining, so had it in the hall. but i think it's better cuz there was the 'clubbing' atmosphere what with the fancy lighting and all. danced my ass off for like 3 hours non-stop. we were all super high and nuts. i swear i've never danced nor sweat so much before. so, tnx to all the organisers of the orientation cuz i had a shit load of fun. and tnx my whacky OGLs! to Sebastian, Jingmin, Kristy, Felicia, Cecilia and Yuvika: i love you guys! (:
oh. and this morning, i went for my first malay dance practice at kallang's people association. cikgu osman recognised me. haha. it was ok but didn't do much cuz the seniors were busy preparing for a performance at 'sinaran hati' or something on suria. and there were only two malay seniors in tarian. felt weird but they danced really well. i'm impressed.
