day two of isp. got physics. slacked. yep, i dropped physics. (: lit was fun. really interesting. we even exceeded the lesson by like 15mins and nobody minded. haha. maths was, well, mathematical and boring. what do you expect? its maths.
after isp, went to causeway pt with my mum, sis and bro. had lunch at mac. then, went collect my new specs! very blue. hehe. still not used to it. when i look in the mirror, im like is that really me? haha. i look very different. and my degree naik seh. haish. after that, went to buy that top from Echo. very the nice. i loike very very much. hehe. then, went home after doing some errands. so happy. hehe.
tmr is Vesak Day. that means no isp. yeah! hehe.

watched POC: At World's End yesterday with Nina, Shirin and Huda. went Vivo to watch. watched at GV Max. my first time watching at GV Max. haha. it's damn big lah. very nice. but the seat abit high for me. haha. my neck hurts. and i'm not implying anything okayy. haha. anyways, the movie was damn nice. lots of twists. halfway through, i got lost. haha. but i highly recommend it. worth the money. and Orlando Bloom is HOT. haha. i wanna watch again. maybe this weekend. haha. don't wanna give anything away. but TRUE LOVE PREVAILS. so go watch if you haven't.

finally turned sweet sixteen. as what they say, i'm finally of legal age. haha. apart from the boring leadership course and super tiring ISP and SJAB, my day wasn't that bad lah. at least we finally started to pass down info to the sec 3s. that means we are closer to ROD! yeah. haha. btw, the next admin pple are Kay Yan (Head), Yin Kee and Iman. interesting combo right? haha. but nvm, i have faith in them! (:

my bum is still kinda sore from today. haha. today, all day long, we just sat in the hall and listened to many career talks. there were from a lawyer, dentist, defence engineer, journalist and many more. plus, there was a JC and Poly talk. honestly, the careers showcased today didn't really interest me except for maybe, journalism, to a fairly small extent. i want to be a teacher, or something to do with education. i guess i'm inspired by my mum, my aunts, my grandfather. haha. it's in my genes.
but looking at my mid-year results, i don't really know if i got what it takes to even get into a good JC (i won't even consider going to a poly, though i might want to, cause my mum won't EVER let me). btw, my L1R5 is 14, which, in my parents' eyes, isn't good enough. sometimes, i wish they were more understanding and let me drop Physics. haha. still working on that. cause i really think that me getting 40 for Physics was mainly due to my unexplainable luck in the MCQ. haha. even though i still failed Physics, it was surprisingly better than my Amath by like 3 marks. haha.

chorus of the song "If everyone cared" by Nickelback. it got me thinking. is it really true that we can never reach utopia. is it really that impossible? don't all, no, most of us yearn for the day when there's no more reasons for tears to shed and blood to be spilled on the floors? but then, i wonder what will the world will be like if it's perfect, too perfect, where feelings of hate, anger, jealousy don't even exist? will it disrupt the balance of life? or was that how it was supposed to be from the very beginning?...
ok. that was kinda random. anyways, after getting back more and more papers, i can safely conclude that i have not done well for the mid-years. yes, i did expect some disappointments but there are far more than i had originally expect. what to do? i should just take this as a lesson and work harder next time i guess. by then, it'll be prelims. wow. tine passes by fast.i am not anticipating it at all.
right now, i'm caught in a dilemma. ok, i won't call it a dilemma. that's too drama. haha. but i can't seem to decide. 'cause i don't want a repeat of past mistakes. but my heart's telling me to go and my mind thinks otherwise. oh wells. i'll figure something out.

this weekend has been GREAT. it was so relaxing. i didn't have a single care in the world. sad as it sounds, it's coming to an end soon - too soon. yesterday, went shopping for my birthday gifts! yea. haha. i got my adidas pumps ($138) and a new swatch watch ($129). that costs a whopping $267. omg. i can't believe my parents actually bought me all that. no, i'm not complaining but i seriously thought they'd buy me the pumps and say "ok. that's enough". surprisingly, today my mum bought me another top at FOX which i've been eyeing. wow. i wonder what else they'll buy for me. hehe. besides shopping, watched Spiderman 3 today - finally. awesome movie. if you haven't seen it, it's not too late you know. hahas.
school tomorrow and that only means one thing - exam results. oh joys.

this is kinda random. but in some way it makes me worried or scared. what if we've met our soulmate before but somehow just missed him/her? like he was sitting right in front of you in the bus and you simply missed him. will you ever get another chance to meet him? or did you just miss your only chance? but how do you know who's THE ONE for you? is there even such a thing as the perfect lifelong companion, lover, soulmate? i personally feel that we were born into this world with our own partner. that everyone already belongs to someone. but how will we ever know who that person may be? is dating a form of elimination process to get to that perfect partner? what if, without realising, you 'eliminated' your perfect partner? i wonder... how do you know that he/she is the one for you? definitely food for thought.
anyways, got back chem and english paper today. english was so terrible. didn't expect it one bit. well, it's only mid-years. better to screw up now than later right? haish.

watched American Idol results today. kinda disappointed Chris was out. no comments on Phil though. anyway, watch this. it's Blake's performance. uber cool. the song is "You Give Love A Bad Name". one of my fave Bon Jovi songs and Blake made me love it so much more than i already do. he is definitely my fave. if he wins, it will definitely be a refreshing change. this week's rock performances was awesome. and it was Bon Jovi's songs. i absolutely adore Bon Jovi's songs! everybody did great and it's kinda sad that we had to see 2 people leave on such a fantastic show. anyway, check out Blake's performance. enjoy.
