In under 3 hours, we will be ushering in a whole brand new year. Man, time passes by so fast. 2007 has been full of ups and downs. There have been heartbreaks and regrets and times when my head felt like exploding. But there were a handful of nice moments. If I had to choose a word to describe this year, it would definitely be MEMORABLE. 2007 has been full of many memories that I will never ever forget.

I'm not the type to make new year resolutions but what the heck..
  1. To be more hardworking in my studies and not slack my ass off all the time. (Haha. We'll see how that goes..)
  2. To exercise more regularly and lose all the weight I've gained over this holidays!!
  3. To find a new boyfriend. Haha. But seriously, I NEED one. Hahaha. Or more precise, I need HIM. ):
  4. To spend more wisely and save up for an iPod touch!!
  5. To actually carry out all my above resolutions. Haha.

And btw, I so don't want to go to school on Wednesday. 'Cause firstly, I am completely clueless about where to go or what to bring on the first day. And it's gonna be so weird 'cause I won't be seeing the same faces I have grown so accustomed to for the past 4 years. Let's just hope it will be at least pleasant if not enjoyable.

And have a HAPPY NEW YEAR! May 2008 be less shitty than this year. Hahaha.

Enough said.

Always regret the things you did do;
never the things you didn't.

Ok. I'm here to blog again.

Well, today, went out super early (too early for a Sunday!!) to collect my Edusave Bursary Award at Sembawang CC. My sis got it too. So, we went and we queued and we got our cheques. At least I'm $250 richer! Hahaha. I wanna save up for an iPod touch lahh. After all that, went to BK at Causeway Pt for breakfast and I had a bottle of mineral water ONLY. Haha. Didn't have any appetite to eat...

My cousins from KL just went off earlier. They dropped by for awhile in the afternoon. The last time I met them was... let me see... I think it was Hari Raya. Ooh. I love them all soo much lahh. Too bad they can't stay over since school is reopening soon and all...

Oh and btw, if you haven't seen 'I Am Legend', go watch it 'cause it's really really nice. It even made me cry... ):

Enough said. Till next time, ciao!

Hey all. I've been waayyy to lazy to update this past few days lah. Mainly cuz there's not much happenings in my life right now. Like wth lah. And there's only a little over a week left of this holidays. I wanna and gonna make the most of what's left of my precious holidays. I'm so not in the mood to go back to school lah. Shouldn't have applied for PAE. Haiz.. If not, I can slack my ass off for at least 3 more weeks. Hahaha. Lazy arse Lissya. >.<

Hmm. In short, this are some of the more exitable happenings this past week:
  1. Went to Sentosa yesterday. Same old stuff. Some new ones. But I did enjoy myself.
  2. Watched 'National Treasure: Book Of Secrets' today. It's damn nice. Go watch it if you haven't. And I love the guy who plays Riley. Fucking hilarious man. Haha.
  3. Retail therapy never ever gets old. ((:

That's about it i guess. Ooh. I forgot. I MISS HIM.

Enough said.

K-Dramas are too addictive.

Yo! I had a blast today. Today was a day of adventure and many firsts for me. Went out with Azimah, Shirin, and Nadirah. We had loads of fun no matter how tiring it may be. And the highlight of the day was... meeting Hady Mirza upclose! Loves.

We met at Jurong East MRT at 10.45am and headed to Escape Themepark - that was our original plan. It was 12pm when we reached there. We couldn't even find the ticket booth initially lah. Haha. We went on the mini-rollercoaster first 'cause Zimah said we should "warm up" first. Haha. Then, we went on "Rainbow", the flume ride or "Wet and Wild" and then, viking! We were drenched from the flume ride but WHO CARES? Hahaha. It was raining when we were on the viking. So, the rides were all stopped. ): And so, we decided to go in the Haunted House. It was damn hilarious lah. Shirin was in front followed by Zimah, then, me and then, Nad. I was screaming throughout the whole thing and I just looked down. Haha. I am very lemah semangat. Now, my throat hurts from screaming too much. Haha.

Since it didn't seem as if the rain would stop, we went out of Escape and had our lunch at Downtown. We were soaking wet and it was damn cold lah. (First Time #1: I have never spent only an hour in Escape.) Then, we went to White Sands shopping centre and just roamed around to kill time. (First Time #2: I have never been to White Sands shopping centre.) Then, we decided to drop by Changi Airport 'cause Shirin and Nad heard that Hady will be arriving in Singapore at 5pm in Terminal 2. We didn't have anything better to do anyway. (:

But first, Shirin and Nad were on the search of a mosque to solat. We went from Pasir Ris to Tanah Merah to Expo and back to Tanah Merah. In the end, Shirin and Nad went on their search and me and Zimah stayed at Tanah Merah MRT, just waiting for them. I think 8 trains passed by. Haha. (First Time #3: I have never stayed in an MRT station for so long doing nothing. Haha.) At around 4.50pm, we got a call from Shirin to go to the airport first 'cause the both of them got a lift from Nad's dad.

And so, we rushed like mad 'cause it was almost 5pm and we didn't want to miss our beloved Hady. Macam orang dah nak miss flight seh. Haha. (First Time #4: I've never been to Changi Airport by the MRT before.) There were ALOT of people there - at least 200. We waited and waited and waited and almost wanted to go home. But about an hour plus later, we heard screams and saw HADY! Aaahh!! He's so darn cute! (First Time #5: I have never seen Hady in person before and I must say that he still looks good!) There were too many people and I'm not exactly tall, so the pictures that I took were mainly of people's arms and cameras. But there were a few with Hady's face in it. (: Our long wait was so not wasted. Hehe. (First Time #6: I have never been bothered enough to do such things ie. wait for a celebrity just for pictures or whatsoever - I'm not the sort)

And so, we went home. In the MRT, we met with this man who showed us the pictures he took of Hady. I'm so jealous lah. His pictures were clear and really upclose. And he only came like 10mins before Hady arrived. Tak fair seh! We were so tempted to take pictures of his pictures in his camera. Hahaha. But if I'm not wrong, he was taking the pictures for Manja or something. Then, he took a picture of us. So paiseh lahh. Haha.

Now, I'm just so tired. But I had loads and loads of fun. Definitely a day to remember! Hehe.

Here are some of the better pics of Hady that we took. He's the one in the cap. They're not exactly great but at least we got snapshots of his face. ENJOY! ((:

Yeah baby!
MY HADY WON!!! HAHAHA.
LOVE. LOVE. LOVE IT!!
It's so damn unexpected lah.
I wanted him to win but I so didn't expect it.
And I'm so fucking happy lah.
And padan muker to Jaclyn! Haha. You didn't win! In your face!! >.<

So, congrats to Hady!
And goodnight to all. Gonna sleep now. Haha.

Wow. I'm so beat. Today had a gathering with my dear SJAB squadmates. Well... half of them at least. There was me, Shirin, Nadia, Nina, Jia Jie, Wei Liang, Rasyid, Sufyan, Hanif and Timothy. We had a BBQ at Vista Park. Never heard of it? Same here. I've never been there till today. It's somewhere at Woodlands. Quite a nice venue actually. 'Cause we had a lot of privacy since it's kinda ulu and all. Haha.

Anyway, it took us a damn long time to get the fire started. 'Cause at first, we bought this useless brand of charcoal that just wouldn't burn. Wasted time and money. We then bought another bag which is only half the price of the useless charcoal. Like wth lah. But nonetheless, had fun. Being with them brings back all the good memories in St John. I'm so gonna miss them all. We ate alot of food. I'm still very very full. Haha. And we also crapped and sang out badly alot. Hahaha. (:

This is kinda short cause I'm too lazy to elaborate. Haha.

Enough said.

I get my hopes up
and I watch them fall everytime.

I got into NJC. Can't say that I'm happy cuz I'm really not sure. But can't say that I'm not cuz at least I didn't get into my second choice - ACJC. I really really didn't want to go there. Hmm. Well, I guess it's only PAE and it seems like it won't be longer than 3 weeks. If I don't like it there, I can always choose not to go there again for JAE... I think. But you know what I really really want? I want this holiday to never ever ever end so that I can slack my ass off forever. Hahaha.

Watch the new video from Simple Plan. It's uber cool. And I simply looove the song!!

Enough said.

and you know that you can't have them.

Hey. I'm baaack! Haha. Actually, I'm not that thrilled to be back. I would rather spend the rest of my holidays in Thailand. Haish. It's just getting abit too boring here in Singapore. Well, here's a summary of what happened in the past four days. Warning: This may be a long post 'cause I'm kinda longwinded. Hahaha.

Day 1 (Tues, 4 Dec)
Woke up damn early and headed off to Changi airport. Met my dad's friend and his family there and off we were to board the plane. Anyways, after a 2h plus flight, we reached the airport in Thai and we had to wait for like a further 1h plus just to clear immigration. It was fucking irritating lah. After that, we headed to Pung-Waan Resort, near to River Kwai. Our driver was cute! Haha. He's like the silent type but CUTE! But still, I only have my eyes on HIM. The journey from the airport to the resort was almost 3h. No one expected it to be that long. So what else you think we did? We slept lah. Haha. When we reached there, it was already dark though not really late. We actually wasted today because of the airport situation. But anyway, we had dinner. Many hilarious things happened. But that's what you get when both our families come together. I think the staff there must have found us so troublesome. I'd like to call ourselves the kecoh-11. Haha.

Day 2 (Wed, 5 Dec)
It was the Thai king's 80th birthday. And coincidentally, I was wearing yellow which is the royal colour. Haha. We went for a ride on the Longtail Boat along River Kwai. It was nice. Got drenched but it was fun. Our first stop was Lawa Cave - where our first encounter with dogs took place. The journey to the cave itself was tiring. There were many, many stairs. Very, very tiring tau. Haha. Then must go down some more. Can die seh. But thanks to the dogs, me, my sis and the twins were like hysterical lah. We climbed on benches and all that. Funny sia.

Next, we ate lunch at this floating restaurant. Anything tastes nice when you're tired and wet. Haha. After lunch, went sight-seeing at the waterfall and ate ice-cream! Yumm. After which, we got back on the Longtail Boat and went to the last destination of the day - Mon Village. We walked and walked and panicked! 'Cause there were a damn lot of dogs. Big ones in fact. Me and my sis were just walking behind Zul. Unlike his older brother, he was so relaxed. We were so hysterical. We did anything to get away from the dogs that we ran right smack into the elephants. And we climed on more benches. Haha. Should have gotten it on tape. 'Cause we looked stupid. The villagers there were laughing at us. Haha. After that, we went back to the resort, swam at the swimming pool, then ate dinner and blacked out.

Day 3 (Thurs, 6 Dec)
We went biking for 12km. Again, there were many dogs but it wasn't so bad cause we were all on bikes. And the cycling track was hell lah. There were so many uphills and downhills and rough terrains. My butt hurts so much sia. But towards the end, there was this super steep slope. So, I just went down the hill as carefully as possible. As I was going down the slope, Didi overtook me and when he reached the bottom, he lost control or something and got flung off his bike. It was like a 360 degrees flip lah. And since I was immediately behind him, I didn't have much time to react. His abandoned bike was in my way and so, I crashed into it and got flung off too. Damn. It hurts so much lahh. We were like in so much pain. Lucky for us the ground was kinda soft so, we didn't sustain much injury. I have so many bruises on my legs, my butt, even places where I never knew could be bruised. Haha.

After that, we went on a raft back to our resort. It was a nice, slow, relaxing journey. We got to swim in the river a bit. But it was damn cold lah. But still, very nice. Then, had lunch and went to this flea market nearby. Bought many, many fruits. Then there was another dog incident. Haha. At first, we weren't so scared 'cause the dogs were just minding their own business. But as we were about to leave, they started fighting with each other like right in front of us. We were of course shocked and scared to death. We got split up. I was with my mum and sis. My sis was so damn freaked out lah. Haha. Another experience that I will never forget. Haha.

Day 4 (Fri, 7 Dec)
Our last day in Thailand. How sad. After packing and checking out, we headed to Bangkok. Cute driver was there again to pick us up. (: Hehe. Managed to do abit of shopping. We reached the airport too early. Our flight was delayed. Had we known, we would have stayed in Bangkok longer and shopped more. Wasted seh. It was a very long wait. We even played Uno in the airport. People stared but who cares. We were bored. Haha. And I was again unlucky. My pants tore while on the escalator. And it's my fave pair of jeans. Boohoos. And later, my belt just gave way. What luck!! After checking in and all that, we found out that the flight was further delayed. Like WTH lah. It was delayed for three hours. It was supposed to be at 6.50pm (Thai Time). But by the time we boarded the plane, it was already 10.40pm (Spore Time). So, when we reached Singapore, it was about 1+ am. After checking out and all that, we went to eat a very late dinner/very early breakfast somewhere in Marine Parade. By the time we reached home, it was already 3+ am. But I couldn't sleep until it was almost 5am..

***

Well, that about sums it up. I had fun. It was definitely memorable. I even have scars and bruises as souvenirs. Haha. Just wish that we could have stayed longer.
I miss him. Sadly though, things between us have not improved at all. We've barely talked to each other. And I'm scared that if I talk to him, I may say something wrong and make things worse. But I want him so badly. I'm really going crazy just thinking about all the missed chances that I had. Missed chances which could have been used to make things right. Damn. I'm sooo stupid lah. Sheesh Lissya, what the hell is wrong with you?!

Enough said. I'll upload the pictures tomorrow or something, if I have the mood. Still abit tired lah. Till next time, ciao!

Miss me for the next 4 days! Haha. Cause I'll be off to Thailand tomorrow and will only be back on Friday night. (:

I really hope to see you again. Just the thought of being able to see you again gives me butterflies in my stomach. I feel anxiety mixed with excitement. I don't ask for much really. I just want to mend these broken ties. Can we do that? I really, really hope so. Cause like how I've said a million times over, I MISS YOU as a friend and maybe even more than that.

Enough said.

I can put back all the pieces;
They just might not fit the same.

Hey. Yesterday was the 6I gathering at Pasir Ris Park. Surprisingly, more people turned up than expected. I was seriously worried about attendance. THANK GOODNESS! Haha. There was me, Huda, Zeenath, Mas Ayu, Rasyiqah, Qian Hui, Dong Hui, Zhi An, Brandon, Bao Rong, Kang Chun, Wei Hao, Kang Rui, Hanif & Yang Zhi. Hmm. I think that's it. Hopefully, I didn't forget anyone. Sorry if I did. Hehe.

There, the wind was like bloody strong lah. We spent two friggin hours just to get the fire started. Our last resort was to use deodorant. Haha. But it worked! And so we cooked our food. An hour later, we were chased out of our pit by this "Sex Instructor" (like wth!) and his friends. Apparently, they booked the pit we're using. Fine. We were wrong. But they were a real pain in the ass. So, we packed our stuff and carried our food (still on the grill) to our new pit. Everyone was like staring at us lah. We walked for a really long distance. Eventually, we found out that what we booked wasn't a pit. We could BBQ anywhere in that specified area. We actually had to bring our own pit lah. Like how the hell were we supposed to know that?! Thankfully, we managed to continue cooking our food. The most interesting part was that there was this lady who was doing a survey about the parks in Spore. And so, obviously, we complained about Pasir Ris Park lah. Haha. In the end, we had fun. It was nice just being together as an almost whole class. We shall have gatherings next year and the year after next and the year after that. Maybe even till we're grey and old and have kids of our own. Ooh. I so did not intend for that to rhyme. Haha. I love my dearest 6I!! Even after 4 years, we're still growing strong together. Let's make sure it stays that way. ((:

Right now, I'm in the middle of packing my bags to go overseas. Haish. Very lazy lah. And my feet are so sore from walking around the whole of today and yesterday. ):

Enough said. I shall upload pictures from yesterday's gathering when I get them. (:

You're on my heart just like a tattoo
