Friday was the Welcoming Party for the Sec 1s. i don't know about the cadets, but i'm sure the NCOs had fun though it was very tiring. we had fun sabo-ing the cadets during the Catch Me if You Can game. hehe. the Water Bomb game was ridiculously fun. who wouldn't have fun playing with water?! but the ride home on the bus was torture. as soon as we sat down, our skirts or pants got terribly wet. eww. >.<
then, yesterday, after piano lessons, went to Queensway with my family to buy some sports wear for my sis. and i also ended up buying some new clothes - finally. hehe. oh yah, i met two highly unexpected people there. one of them is a very-long-time-never-see-before friend and another is someone who is in sec3 and apparently, is good-looking in the eyes of many - i, unfortunately, think otherwise.
today was just boring. had tuition. finished up all my homework. yah, basically that's it. i can't wait to go Suntec this thursday for career fair. been a loooong time since i've been there. enough said. ciao.

i want to drop Physics. i need to drop it by this week but my mum just wouldn't budge!!!

havent really been updating. can't find the time to do so. today is the last day of the long weekend break. haish. anyway, this is what i've been doing since friday:
Friday (CNY celebration in sch)
had a CNY concert in school today. i think the malay dancers managed to pull off our performance fine. i don't think there were that many screw-ups. the rest of the concert was um..no comments. really. 'cause i didn't really watch it. heh. school ended at 10am. then, went home. had a change of clothes. then, met Huda and Shirin at CCK before heading off to Jurong Point. met Azimah and Arifah there. basically, we just window-shopped and helped Huda find some clothes. definitely had fun. (:
Saturday (CNY Eve)
most shops were open for half a day only. my parents brought us to Jurong Point. i have no idea why but we didn't do much there. just ate our lunch at Banquet and bumped into my mum's friends. was supposed to meet him and his family (my dad's friend) at East Coast. they were there having picnic or something like that. but, none of us were in the mood to have some beach fun and the weather was really unpredictable. skejap2 hujan, skejap2 tak. so, in the end, we just went home.
Sunday (CNY)
most shops were closed so, didn't do much. just slacked the whole day. then, in the late afternoon, went to East Coast to meet him and his family for dinner there. i think it was sort of to apologise for not joining them the other day. after we ate, strolled around the park. it was nice. definitely destressing although there were like alot of people there. yet, i still felt disappointed in him that day. haish.
Monday (CNY Day 2)
didn't do much except went out to IMM for some grocery shopping. ate at Secret Recipe. yumm. i'm craving for more cheese cake. heh.
Tuesday (today. duh.)
last day of the long weekend. time really passed by fast. and now, i'm like rushing through all my homework. yay me. i'm so dreading school tomorrow. i wanna stay home and sleep all day.

many things have happened the past week, which has its ups and downs. in particular, 'O' Level results were released yesterday. that means i have received my Malay results. got a distinction - A2 - which is good enough for me. frankly, i had expected the worst. but surprisingly, i feel nothing - no joy, no sadness.
i'm overwhelmed with school, CCA and other crappy things these days. homework are piling. CCA is taking up way too much of my time. there's the CNY performance next fri for dance and also SYF, which we havent even gotten a dance yet. yikes! then, there's competition trainings for St John. got good news on this but won't say it here. heh. also, the Sec 1s have just joined us and so, being both thier squad IC and in admin dept, my work has just doubled. good for me, eh? then, there's my piano theory exam which clashes with my SJAB competition day. crossing my fingers that the competition will be postponed so that i can sit for my $103 exam.
don't think next week will be any better. with my falling out with him these days, don't think Valentine's Day will be fun at all. then, there's the rush to get the CNY performance ready by Friday. with no costumes, and mouldy make-up, we are screwed. also, since the Welcoming Party was already postponed yet again due to the release of the O Level results, we have to have it another day. and if Friday is a half-day, it'll be pushed forward yet again. oh great.
