today, followed my sister to my ex-pri sch to get her PSLE results. 100% passes for EM1/EM2. 75% passes for EM3. ok, i guess. but as compared to my batch, they dropped in terms of number of passes. top student in SLPS is a malay girl with 275, second is a chinese girl with 26something and third is a malay girl with 262. all girls. haha. GIRL POWER. to come to think of it, if i were in this batch, i would be one of the top three students since i also got 262. i would have gotten $$. haha. but indeed, SLPS academic achievements has dropped since my batch. ):
saw quite a number of my ex-SLPS schmates and my fave teachers. missed them all so much. i wish i was still in primary school. we were way more carefree back then and school wasn't so tough. i miss HML lessons when we would fool around without a care in the world and in the middle of lessons, chickens would just pop in suddenly. haha. yeah, good times. (:
well, i just hope that my sister will get into a school that she likes. at least, she has a chance to get into the express stream. good for her. ((:
